Vivo X200 Pro and X200 Pro Mini Unveiled with Powerful Batteries and Dimensity 9400
As expected, Vivo has officially launched the X200 Pro and X200 Pro Mini, focusing on design, imaging, video capabilities, performance, and battery life.
The X200 Pro is available in four colors: Carbon Black, Titanium Grey, Moonlight White, and Sapphire Blue, the latter of which showcases patterns reminiscent of ocean waves that shift under different lighting conditions. Vivo describes its “floating light glass” as offering a translucent, gem-like radiance.
On the other hand, the X200 Pro Mini is offered in Titanium Green, reflecting the soothing tones of nature, and Light Pink, which captures the delicate hues of cherry blossoms with a metallic finish. The Mini features a frosted glass back for an elegant touch.

Both phones feature a flatter design compared to the curvy X100 series. The X200 Pro boasts a Quad Curved 6.78-inch display, while the X200 Pro Mini comes with a 6.31-inch flat display. The X200 Pro’s larger screen has minimal bezels measuring just 1.63mm on all sides. This LTPO panel supports a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, and Dolby Vision for an enhanced viewing experience.

Both Pro models are powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 9400, developed in collaboration with Vivo. This SoC is built on MediaTek’s second-generation 3nm process and features a Cortex-X925 super core that can reach speeds of up to 3.626GHz. For graphics, it includes a 12-core GPU, promising a robust gaming experience.
The Vivo X200 Pro models also come equipped with the latest OriginOS 5, which introduces new AI features such as Origin Island and AI Circle to Search.

Vivo has successfully integrated large batteries into both X200 Pro models using third-generation Silico Anode battery technology. The X200 Pro features a 6,000mAh battery, while the X200 Pro Mini is equipped with a 5,700mAh battery. Both devices support 90W wired and 30W wireless charging.
The Vivo X200 Pro models are equipped with a triple rear camera system that includes Zeiss T* optics and Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, the same found in the Vivo X100 Ultra. Both models utilize the Sony LYT-818 sensor, a 1/1.28-inch imager produced on a 22nm process. It features a custom f/1.57 lens with Optical Precision Calibration technology. While this sensor is technically smaller than the 1-inch camera in the X100 Pro series, Vivo asserts that it matches the larger sensor’s photo capabilities and surpasses it in video performance.

In terms of video capabilities, the V3+ chip allows for 4K HDR Cinematic Portrait video, which Vivo claims is industry-leading. The 4K recording can reach up to 120fps for cinematic slow-motion effects, or you can shoot 4K HDR Dolby Vision at 60fps. Additionally, the X200 Pro models support ‘full focal range’ 4K recording in 10-bit Log format at up to 60fps.
A significant upgrade is the new 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto camera featured on the X200 Pro, which is the same impressive unit found in the X100 Ultra. This telephoto lens offers an 85mm (3.7x) zoom with a bright f/2.67 aperture. In contrast, the X200 Pro Mini is equipped with a 50MP 1/1.95-inch sensor that has a 70mm f/2.6 3x zoom.
Both models also include a 50MP f/2.0 ultra-wide camera with autofocus and a 32MP f/2.0 front-facing camera for selfies.
